BUSINESS ENGLISH COURSE
Foundation Course
Primary Goals:  To Speak and Write Confidently and Accurately​

Course Contents

• English Speaking and Conversing
• Negotiating in English
• Presenting in English
• Writing emails, letters, short contracts
• Styles of spoken and written language (formal/informal, technical, chatty & light-hearted)
• Reading/Comprehension
• English Grammar
• Business etiquette (cultural differences)
• The nuances of the English Language and how subtle differences in tone can make all the difference
  
  

We assess each student’s level of proficiency before placement in the relevant class.

Courses range from 6-10 meetings; each session lasts between 2-3 hours.

Course Goals

Our Foundation Course enables Israeli companies and  organisations to communicate professionally in English to help strengthen relationships and trust with their contacts, customers and suppliers.

This covers the tone, mood and personality of English in verbal and written form.  We teach people the accepted norms of behaviour in typical business contexts.

Attendees are encouraged to participate and role-play where appropriate. The emphasis is placed on practical business experience and application in the real world.  The Course Leader will be sensitive to the class needs, so if, for example,  there is a particular desire to perfect e-mailing ability, we will give due emphasis and time to that topic.
