We optimise employee performance. We enable staff to become more productive, more confident and more motivated by optimising their communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration skills and their ability to work in teams to solve problems. Clients can benefit from the following business advantages:
We help your team to dramatically improve their communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written. We believe that the best learning is experiential, not theoretical. Our workshops succeed because they engage the emotions as well as the intellect - and then creativity and collaboration flows. We combine our experience in business with specially crafted exercises that bring out participants' spontaneity, energy and focus. The workshops stimulate our natural ability to listen, collaborate and communicate. |
Our workshops apply the principles of advanced co-operation (improvisation) which bring to the fore participants’ spontaneity and co-operative spirit, freeing them from self-criticism, and enabling them to be more natural and spontaneous. The workshops also foster participants’ instincts for cooperation that enhance their listening skills. Emphasis is also placed on developing peoples' emotional expressiveness; body language, tone of voice, rhythm and pitch are all major facets of effective communication.
There is no ideal or perfect template which people feel they have to aim for. They are encouraged to be themselves at all times. We also place great emphasis on developing all-round communication skills (from formal to informal) rather than focussing solely on ‘presentations’. Our Promise
To liberate course delegates, helping them to find their natural and authentic communication style. In order to do this we nurture another set of instincts - our natural ability to play and then our curiosity can be engaged and released.
