Success Stories including Start Ups & New Sub Brands within Large Corporations
Hewlett Packard
We conducted creativity groups with IT Purchasers to understand Hewlett Packard’s potential in the SME market. We then brainstormed strategies for the brand – leading to the launch of ‘Just Right IT’ - a very successful sub brand within this market.
Waitrose
We were tasked with positioning a value offering for Waitrose – an upmarket retail chain. After strategic research we conducted workshops with the marketing team and eventually produced the ‘essential range’ sub branding.
Nestle
We managed workshops with Nestle personnel and consumers. Many ideas were generated – one of which led to the launch of Nestle Smoothies.
Saatchi & Saatchi
We have run numerous workshops with Saatchi & Saatchi employees.
The topics included pitch ideas, general creativity, presentation technique, storytelling and out-of-the-box thinking.
Bosch
We ran a week-long workshop at Pinewood Studios with all 500 employees of Bosch UK – including senior management. The task was to find a common brand vision and re-energize the staff. Retention rates increased over 11% in the subsequent year.
BBC
We have worked with the BBC on a variety of innovations projects. We worked with the innovations team to design new programmes around themes such as food and class awareness. One of the insights gained related to democratising cooking and this led to the programme ‘Cant Cook, Won’t Cook’.
British Home Office
A two-day workshop designed to bond three departments at the Home Office. We ran a refresher course 6 months later and the levels of cooperation between departments improved substantially.
Bols
We conducted workshops with the marketing team at Bols to implement research findings.
This resulted in a refined portfolio headed by a rejuvenated Bols Blue.
